The red compact convertible in the 2021 Entresto Commercial is a 1957-59 Borgward Isabella. The Borgward Isabella model was manufactured between 1956 and 1961. Borgward was a small German company that wanted to compete with Mercedes-Benz. Borgward ceased manufacturing in 1961.

The vehicle in the commercial has been de-badged, especially the distinctive brand badge in the center of the grille. Nearly every extant Borgward has undergone at least one restoration; hence, most extant Borgwards are some level of frankencars. Extant Borgward details rarely match OEM photographs. The last year for convertible production was 1957.
